Figvest exists to give property investors worldwide access to accurate, free tools and transparent market data — without paywalls, sign-ups, or marketing fluff.
Real estate investing has a high information asymmetry problem. Institutional investors have access to expensive data platforms; individual investors often rely on guesswork or biased sources. Figvest aims to level that playing field with rigorous, open tools.
